Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about how technology can solve real business problems, the pre-sales Lead Solution Architect Role combines technical knowledge with customer obsession and a desire to solve problems. The Lead Solution Architect will work in lockstep with the sales team by owning the “how” of the solutions. Whilst owning the “how” you should be comfortable speaking in the “why”.

Confident communication and ability to distil complex problems into easy to access information. You thrive in an environment where you help define what the GTM of Optimizely AI product and story should be, are willing to try new ways of presenting our solutions and always link everything back to “Why” the customer should care.

• Work is self-generated and self-directed based on manager approved goals
• Project scopes are more strategic in nature
• Using excellent discovery techniques to understand customer pains / desires and leading the customer towards a solution through excellent storytelling, and demonstration.
• Understanding the Optimizely AI platform and adjacent capabilities of our GTM motion.

• Keen learner.
• Mastery of Marketing Technology category or adjacent category (e.g. Presales experience in DXP, Experimentation, Data, AI etc)
• Shows expertise in a specific feature / process / program within the function
• Demonstrates Growth Mindset and ability to learn quickly

Master's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience. Computer Science background preffered.

Total Target Compensation range: $175,000-$298,000

Optimizely considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
