Who are Coolr?

We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers and change makers. Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale.

With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, and Harvest Snaps (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world. The agency is growing at a rapid rate, but we’re only just getting started… In 2026, we have ambitious plans to truly become the stand-out social agency in the US, the UK, and beyond.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Analyst to join our US team and turn social and influencer performance data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll analyse campaign, organic, influencer and community data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for clients.

Working closely with our strategy and client teams, you’ll develop reporting, measurement frameworks and test-and-learn plans, while building real-time dashboards to streamline performance tracking.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves social, data and strategy, and wants to turn numbers into stories that drive better creative and business decisions.

The job

Every role at Coolr plays a vital part in the work we do. Here are some of the key areas of responsibility for this role:

  • Collating and processing high volumes of social-first performance data (Engagement, Views, CTR, CPM, etc.)
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance for social-first campaigns, always-on organic content activity, influencer partnerships and community engagement
  • Distilling clear actions and insight from the data, making strategic recommendations, optimization plans, and presenting findings in a clear, client-facing presentations and reports
  • Crafting clear performance analysis and narratives in reporting
  • Closely working alongside a team of strategists to develop qualitative and quantitative research for both current clients and new business prospects
  • Creating automated social dashboards to help aid and manage reporting across the agency. These will be client specific and update in real time to pull results efficiently
  • Developing measurement frameworks and test and learn plans that define ‘which metrics matter’ based on client goals, allowing optimizations and strategic pivots to be grounded in data
  • Creating data driven insights for the agency as well as working these into white papers and articles for the agency to publish with external media sources
What we are looking for

Whilst we appreciate, you’re not just your CV and skills are transferable, these are some of the skills and experiences we think would set you up for success in this role:

  • Experience in an analyst or insights role within an agency
  • Highly skilled in Excel (Pivot tables, custom formulas)
  • Experienced in building custom audience segments in Consumer Insights platforms (Global Web Index, MRI Simmons, etc.) and the analysis of the data against hypotheses.
  • Proficient with a wide suite of social reporting platforms (Brandwatch, Sprout, Sprinklr, Amplify, Meltwater, Talkwater etc.)
  • Proficient with native social media reporting tools (Meta Ads manager, Facebook Ads manager, Tik Tok insights etc.)
  • Passionate about social media, brands, and the world of communication
  • Up to date with latest news and trends that are going on in the industry
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Curious about brands, culture, data and how the three interact
