Customer Success Manager

Smartly is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own strategic relationships with enterprise customers using our digital advertising automation platform. In this role, you will onboard and train customers, drive adoption, and act as a trusted advisor on performance marketing and ad tech best practices. You will analyze campaign and platform data to identify optimization opportunities, lead business reviews, and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Support.

Working in Smartly.io's transparent, international, and experimentation-driven culture, you'll help major global brands scale high-performing, data-driven advertising across social and online channels.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers using Smartly's digital advertising automation platform
• Drive customer onboarding, training, and adoption to maximize value and campaign performance
• Serve as a strategic advisor on performance marketing best practices and platform capabilities
• Analyze campaign and platform data to identify optimization opportunities and present insights
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to resolve issues and influence roadmap priorities
• Lead QBRs and business reviews, aligning Smartly's solutions with customer objectives
• Monitor account health, mitigate churn risk, and identify expansion opportunities
• Document customer feedback and use cases to improve processes and product features
