Vice President, Enterprise Strategy

Mastercard seeks a Vice President, Enterprise Strategy to shape long-term vision and drive growth in Information Technology and software. You will lead strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and market analysis to align technology investments with business goals. Partnering with senior executives, you'll identify new digital opportunities, evaluate M&A options, and guide cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities

• Define and communicate long-term enterprise strategy aligned with Mastercard's technology and business goals.
• Lead strategic planning cycles, including portfolio prioritization and resource allocation.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and support M&A, partnerships, and build/buy/partner decisions.
• Partner with executives to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing strategy team.
• Use data and financial modeling to assess initiative impact and inform decisions.
• Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment on key strategic choices.
• Monitor performance of strategic initiatives and adjust plans based on results.
