We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Developer with a strong background in system administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing Service Now workflows, ensuring seamless interaction with automation systems, and driving end-to-end automation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Service Now administration and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Service Now workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Administer and maintain the Service Now platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate Service Now with various automation systems to facilitate end-to-end automation processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Service Now environment, providing timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to workflows, processes, and system configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Service Now functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Service Now features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
- Proven expertise in Service Now administration, including configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of Service Now workflows and automation capabilities.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with Service Now integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or other Service Now modules.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of Service Portal and UI Builder.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Service Now implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Service Now administration or development are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
