Role Summary:
The Senior Director, Business Applications & Digital Transformation is a key member of CPC's Information Technology leadership team responsible for the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous evolution of the organization's enterprise business applications and digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures that technology solutions effectively support CPC's mission, improve operational efficiency, enhance employee productivity, and deliver measurable business value.
Reporting directly to the CIO, the Senior Director provides strategic leadership across Enterprise Applications, Business Relationship Management, Product Ownership, Application Support, Digital Workplace, Automation, AI Enablement, Enterprise Integrations, and Application Governance. This individual is responsible for the complete application lifecycle, from business requirements and solution selection through implementation, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement while ensuring technology investments align with CPC's strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused technology leader with extensive experience managing enterprise application portfolios and leading business transformation initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, Technology Operations, Data & Analytics, and strategic technology partners, this individual will drive application modernization, improve business processes, strengthen governance, increase user adoption, and leverage automation, data, and AI to accelerate CPC's digital transformation journey.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership
Build, lead, and continuously evolve a world-class Business Applications & Digital Transformation organization focused on innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience.
Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing Product Owners, Business Analysts, Application Specialists, and Digital Transformation professionals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric service delivery.
Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with CPC's strategic priorities.
Business Applications Strategy & Governance
Develop and execute CPC's Enterprise Applications and Digital Transformation strategy aligned with the overall Technology Roadmap and business objectives.
Establish governance, standards, and lifecycle management for CPC's enterprise application portfolio.
Define application roadmaps, technology standards, and investment priorities to maximize business value and optimize technology investments.
Lead application rationalization, modernization, cloud adoption, and technology standardization initiatives.
Enterprise Business Applications
Provide strategic leadership for CPC's portfolio of enterprise business applications, ensuring they are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Oversee application lifecycle management including evaluation, selection, implementation, upgrades, support, optimization, and retirement.
Ensure enterprise applications effectively support business operations while maximizing user adoption and return on investment.
Establish application governance, performance metrics, and service levels for all business-critical platforms.
Business Relationship Management
Serve as the primary technology partner for business leaders across all departments, building trusted relationships and aligning technology solutions with business priorities.
