JOB SUMMARY :
The Agile Coach is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and guiding product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives across IT. This role requires demonstrated experience enabling and supporting Agile and/or enterprise transformation efforts in large, complex environments. It advances large-scale Agile Transformation efforts by promoting Agile principles, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. The Agile Coach partners with teams to enhance delivery practices, align outcomes with business objectives, and improve operational excellence.
