Agile Coach - Health Care

Leading hospital and health care system seeks an senior-level Agile Coach with experience working with Epic systems to guide key stakeholders across the IT organization in adopting and continuously improving Agile practices.

This a highly-visible mentor and facilitator role collaborating closely with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Development team members, and senior leadership to implement Agile mindsets, promote cross-functional collaboration, and foster high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Epic and shape how Agile process applies to Epic specific work streams and processes

Position is remote for residents in the Eastern or Central Time zones with occasional travel to the NY-metro area

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 7 years Agile coaching or enterprise Agile transformation role
• Agile principles and delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) including recent high-level experience in Jira/Confluence Cloud. Required
• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills with demonstrated success coaching teams, leaders, and Agile roles
• Strong communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Epic experience required
• Agile-related certifications are a plus but not required
