Data System Analyst

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base + bonus

We are seeking a Systems & Data Analyst to join a well-established, mid-sized law firm that is investing heavily in modernizing its technology environment.

This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst with 4+ years of experience and hands-on Workday implementation and integration experience
. The immediate focus will be supporting a major Workday implementation, with an emphasis on APIs, integrations, data, testing, and system improvements
. Following the implementation, this role will expand into supporting and enhancing other enterprise applications across the organization.

• Gather and translate business requirements into effective systems and data solutions.
• Support the Workday implementation, including integrations, data, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, workflows, system functionality, and business processes.
• Work with APIs, authentication, data exchanges, and system integrations.
• Support other enterprise business applications and systems.
• Assist with data pipelines, reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain data integrity, security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, consultants, and vendors.

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on Workday implementation experience required.
• Experience working with APIs and API authentication

• Understanding of authentication, encryption, certificates (x509/PGP), and SFTP/data exchange.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Experience with HRIS, enterprise systems, or system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience with Power BI, automation, or orchestration tools is a plus.
• Experience with legal/financial systems is a plus.
