We are seeking a FS Core Data Management GTM Leader to build and take to market a differentiated, AI-driven Financial Services Core Data Management capability spanning across Data Trust data governance, data quality, master/reference data management (MDM/RDM), metadata and lineage, and data security/privacy plus Managed Data Services across hybrid Data Ecosystem. This leader will define the offerings, solutions, and GTM campaigns, leveraging AI data agents embedded across end-to-end data management processes to deliver measurable improvements in trust, control, and efficiency for Banking and Insurance clients.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for FS Core Data Management, covering Data Trust (data governance, data quality, MDM/RDM, metadata and lineage, and data security/privacy) and Managed Data Services.
- Define market-facing offerings across advisory, implementation, and Managed Data Services; package outcomes, scope, pricing models, and delivery playbooks.
- Architect an Agentic AI-enabled operating model for data management, leveraging reusable agents across key steps (e.g., policy authoring, stewardship workflows, controls testing, DQ rule generation, MDM matching/survivorship, issue triage, metadata/lineage enrichment, and continuous monitoring).
- Establish reference architectures and tool patterns across leading ecosystems (cloud, data platforms, and governance/DQ/MDM/privacy tooling), ensuring FS regulatory alignment and auditability.
- Lead GTM execution: develop differentiated messaging, points of view, pitch decks, demos, solution briefs, case studies, and ROI models; enable sellers and client teams with talk tracks and objection handling.
- Drive proactive marketing in partnership with Marketing and Alliances campaign strategy, content calendar, webinars/events, partner co-marketing, and thought leadership to generate pipeline.
- Own pipeline impact and pursuit support: identify target accounts, shape opportunities, lead CDO/CISO/CIO conversations, respond to RFPs, and steer proofs of concept to scalable solutions.
- Build and govern delivery readiness: methods, templates, accelerators, controls libraries, and a community of practitioners; ensure repeatability across regions and accounts.
- Stand up and scale Managed Data Services across the federated data ecosystem, including runbooks, SLAs/SLOs, KPI dashboards, incident/problem management, and continuous improvement enabled by automation and agents.
- Provide executive governance across active engagements, ensuring successful outcomes, risk management (security/privacy), and continuous enhancement of the capability based on field feedback.
What you all bring
- 5+ years of experience across data management and data platforms, with deep expertise in Data Trust disciplines (governance, stewardship, data quality, metadata/lineage, MDM/RDM, and privacy/security).
- Proven GTM leadership: building offerings, messaging, and sales enablement, and scaling adoption; strong executive presence with CDO/CIO/CISO/CTO stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating data governance and quality operating models, including policies/standards, controls, issue management, and measurement (KPIs/OKRs).
- Experience with MDM/RDM strategy and implementation (domain modeling, matching/survivorship, golden record management) and integration with downstream analytics and AI use cases.
- Strong knowledge of data security and privacy practices in regulated environments (e.g., classification, access controls, encryption, consent/retention, and privacy impact assessments) in partnership with security and legal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to embed automation, GenAI, and Agentic AI into data management workflows to improve productivity, control effectiveness, and time to trust.
- Experience building and scaling Managed Data Services (or shared services) with SLAs/SLOs, runbooks, service management, and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership in global, matrixed organizations; able to build communities, mentor teams, and drive execution through ambiguity.
