NBCUniversal’s Enterprise Product team builds products and services for organizations throughout NBCUniversal including Ad Sales, Broadcast Operations, NBC Digital, NBC News, NBC Sports, Cable Entertainment brands, and local TV stations. The team spans 6 key verticals:
Content Management, Content Sales and Finance, Scheduling and Distribution, Ad Sales, Ad Technology and Integration, Data and Analytics, and Linear Distribution.

As a part of the Ad Technology and Integration team, you will support the architectural and integration strategy needed to maintain a cohesive product ecosystem across each vertical, enhance existing workflows, identify process improvements, contribute technical recommendations, and coordinate with cross-functional technical and operations teams to design, test, and launch new features and initiatives. You will also use approved AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, quality validation, and repeatable integration work while applying appropriate human review and data-handling practices.

• Support the design and implementation of solutions across NBCU’s advertising technology ecosystem, including gathering integration requirements and coordinating with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, and Integration stakeholders.
• Document and help define technical requirements for new digital advertising features through close collaboration with end-to-end architecture and integration stakeholders.
• Support integration work streams from discovery through launch, including scope definition, interface and data-flow mapping, dependency tracking, risk identification, milestone coordination, and operational readiness.
• Assist with onboarding new advertising features, platforms, and partners by documenting technical capabilities, limitations, dependencies, open questions, and risks, and by aligning implementation details to business requirements and user stories.
• Develop and maintain test plans, QA flows, validation checklists, acceptance criteria, and certification processes for the successful delivery of new advertising features and integrations.
• Build working knowledge across SSAI, SGAI, CSAI, ad serving and decisioning systems, programmatic integrations, metadata ingestion, measurement, and VOD, linear, and live advertising workflows across web, mobile, and CTV streaming products.
• Coordinate day-to-day integration activities for assigned work streams, including organizing technical discussions, capturing decisions, tracking issues and owners, escalating blockers, and communicating status and next steps.
