WGA Advisors is looking for a Senior Manager in AI Workforce Transformation for AI Consulting practice. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to propel automotive companies into new levels of efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational processes, digital transformation, and a deep understanding of the automotive sector's unique challenges and opportunities.

- Minimum of 20 years' experience in AI consulting, with a focus Agentic AI.

- Proven track record of leading successful AI transformation projects.

- Deep knowledge of automotive industry trends, technologies, and operational challenges.

- Strong proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet project requirements and collaborate with client teams

• Strategic Transformation Initiatives:
  Lead and execute strategic transformation projects that encompass operational improvements and technology innovations within the automotive sector.
• Operational Excellence:
  Analyze and optimize automotive manufacturing and supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Technology Implementation:
  Guide the adoption of advanced technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning) to enhance operational capabilities and drive digital transformation.
• Change Management:
  Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, minimizing disruption and maximizing engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
