Summary

The Sr. Analyst, Commercial Analytics delivers data-driven insights, reporting, and analytics to support sustainable and profitable sales growth. This hybrid New York-based role contributes to reporting, predictive modeling, and commercial planning to inform pricing, promotion, and distributor performance decisions. The position partners cross-functionally to translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations and supports data transformation and automation efforts.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and tools to track sales performance, RGM, forecasting, and commercial P&L.
• Establish and standardize KPI frameworks across revenue, margin, trade spend, mix, pricing, and distribution.
• Deliver executive-ready insights that translate analysis into actionable commercial strategies.
• Assist in designing, validating, and deploying predictive models for pricing, promo effectiveness, forecasting, and distributor KPIs.
• Support model governance, scenario modeling, and the build-out of ML/AI-enabled decision support capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across commercial systems and drive automation to reduce manual reporting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience (experience in U.S. wines and spirits preferred).
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and deploying predictive models to production.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
