As a Platform Engineer on our Retail Media Network (RMN) Platform Operations team, you will help keep the systems behind our advertising business running smoothly and reliably. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, support platform integrations, and collaborate across teams to improve the tools and processes that power campaign execution, reporting, and revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day operations of RMN platforms and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, API, and data-related issues
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing Operations, and vendors to resolve production incidents
- Support releases, testing, operational readiness, and post-launch activities
- Monitor platform health and identify opportunities to improve reliability
- Create documentation, runbooks, and automation to reduce recurring issues
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, technical operations, production
- 5+ years of experience managing production incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis
- 2+ years of experience working with integrated platforms, APIs, Saas applications, and enterprise
- 2+ years of experience utilizing enterprise ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, Service Now)
- 2+ years of experience supporting service operations, including SLA and KPI management
