We are seeking an analytical, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our cross-channel digital acquisition strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid media, search engines, email, and social platforms. You will work closely with our creative and sales teams to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Linked In, and other digital channels. - SEO & Content Strategy:
Conduct keyword research, optimize web content for organic search (SEO), and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings. - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Build and test landing pages, write compelling ad copy, and conduct A/B testing to optimize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. - Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, web traffic metrics, and customer acquisition costs (CAC) using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and native ad platforms. - Lifecycle & Email Marketing:
Manage automated email marketing campaigns, lead nurture workflows, and audience segmentation within our marketing automation platform.
- Experience:
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and performance advertising. - Platform Mastery:
Deep proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console. - SEO Expertise:
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and technical SEO basics. - Marketing Automation:
Experience with email marketing platforms and CRMs (e.g., Hub Spot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or Salesforce). - Analytical Mindset:
Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, calculate ROI, and translate performance metrics into actionable business strategies.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (Word Press, Webflow), and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with B2B lead generation or direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce marketing.
