Job DescriptionOur client, a leading organization in the media and advertising industry, is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team. As a Data Scientist, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting marketing, sales, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze large datasets for evaluating and enhancing products, services, and customer programs.
- Design, test, and implement data-driven solutions including reporting, auditing, and preparing databases for statistical analysis.
- Build and deploy machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in production environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. - At least 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Data Scientist, with proven expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and database management.
- Experience working with data architectures and visualization tools such as OBIEE or Tableau; additional experience with Qlik Sense or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
