Tech Support Analyst - NYC

• Provide technical support to resolve customer information technology requests and issues.
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of customer cases.
• Log requests and issues accurately and perform defined procedures to achieve resolution.
• Monitor systems and trends to proactively prevent incidents, problems, and errors.
• Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments.

This role is onsite at our New York City office.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the following skills.
• Master proficiency in Customer Technical Support.
• Expert proficiency in Customer Satisfaction.
• High School Diploma/GED

• Advanced Quality Assurance (QA).
• Intermediate problem solving.
• Intermediate communication skills.
• Beginner conflict resolution.
• Intermediate analytical thinking.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
