- Assist with administrative functions supporting the Data Analytics division’s daily objectives
- Gain exposure to planning, execution and evaluation stages of work projects and initiatives
- Meet weekly with the internship cohort and Executive Leadership
- Meet one-on-one with division-level leaders
- Summarize and present a capstone presentation covering project accomplishments, skill development and key learnings
- Contribute to cross-functional efforts in a collaborative Agile-driven team environment
- Develop understanding of enterprise data warehouse and BI system architecture
- Support data analysis by extracting, transforming and interpreting complex datasets
- Generate insights to inform strategic decisions, manage risk and improve operational efficiency
- Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics or related field(s)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Ability to work 38.75 hours per week
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while working collaboratively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide seamless, trustworthy, attentive and resourceful (S.T.A.R.) customer service
- Passion for making an impact in local communities

- Collaboration skills and ability to value diverse perspectives
- Successful completion of criminal background check, credit check when required, fingerprint check when required, drug screen and reference checks
