Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programs from planning and prioritization through execution, launch, and post-implementation review
Drive business-critical initiatives, including Agent- and Client-facing features, across multi-team, multi-location efforts
Coordinate engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders
Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers
Establish program governance, reporting, and execution standards
Partner with engineering leadership on quarterly and annual roadmaps
Track KPIs, operational metrics, and executive dashboards
Champion Agile delivery and improve developer productivity, delivery efficiency, and engineering velocity
Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level, data-driven communications

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong grounding in SDLC, Agile methodologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale platforms
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD/Dev Ops
Exceptional communication skills, able to influence both technical and executive audiences
Expertise in program planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and governance
Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making
Experience defining and managing KPIs, operational metrics, and executive reporting
