Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Hardware Support Technician to join their team. As a Field Hardware Support Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting customer hardware needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25-$28/hour
What's the Job?
- Provide hardware support and related services for HP PC Products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
- Configure hardware, software, and simple network components on customer sites.
- Perform hardware repairs and troubleshooting for printers and other devices.
- Manage critical service events and educate customers about technology solutions.
- Collaborate with escalation personnel and assist in technical action plans to resolve issues efficiently.
What's Needed?
- Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent; college training in hardware technology is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
- Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
- Onsite customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills.
