help define and implement central function (processes and tools) for app eng. Svcs (from environment management to sdlc tooling, environment health monitoring, non-permitted tech / vulnerability remediation work, ci/cd processes, etc). The client owns a central function for a cio division and is looking for help in setting up, implementing and aligning bank aes standards by which apps can and will be governed.
level:senior experienced candidate as they will be facing and working directly with the client sponsor.
