Job Description

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management/Securities Master.
• Proven experience in implementing Product Master solutions.
• Solid understanding of reference data management principles within Wealth Management.
• Experience working closely with Operations teams to align technology solutions with business workflows.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality principles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Reference Data (especially, fixed income) in the Wealth Management industry.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting reference data in financial services.
• Excellent communication, senior stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
