You will work closely with peers, leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to support major expansions, new hardware turn-ups, and technology migrations.

• Ensure high availability and redundancy across backbone and aggregation networks through sound architectural and physical design.

• Lead the physical and logical design of power, space, cooling, and fiber requirements for router deployments.

• Develop and review Method of Procedures (MOPs), detailed engineering packages, and documentation for new builds and migrations.

• Provide remote or on-site guidance for equipment installation and provisioning.

• Investigate, evaluate, and test new network hardware and software solutions.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across 100G and 400G circuits, including optics and fiber-level diagnostics.

• Collaborate with vendors, data center providers, and internal field teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of network solutions.

• Support FOA (First Office Application) implementations and contribute to standardization efforts across the network.

• Assist in hardware upgrades and capacity expansions on existing infrastructure, including cross-connect design and fiber assignments.

What we offer:
Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it. That’s why we provide benefits to keep you and your family well. Some of which we’re most proud to offer includes:
