• Pricing implementation - partner with the Product Launch team to translate approved pricing & packaging updates into every step of the Quote-to-Cash workflow, ensuring a seamless rollout
• Cross-functional coordination - align Product Management, Finance, GTM Ops, Legal, and Revenue Recognition teams to execute pricing proposals on time and in full compliance
• Pricing collateral stewardship - own the central library of Highspot materials, pricing release roadmap and SKU release catalogs so all stakeholders always reference the most current pricing materials
• Sales enablement - design and deliver training, playbooks, and quoting tools that empower sales team and partners to price and packaging deals accurately and confidently
• Best-practice documentation - document and maintain pricing playbooks, pricing launch templates, and knowledge-base articles that codify industry standards and internal policies
• Continuous process improvement - identify and implement enhancements that streamline pricing and licensing operations, boosting speed, accuracy, and scalability

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing operations, GTM operations, or project management roles within a SaaS or enterprise software environment, with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or 3 years with a PhD; or equivalent practical experience
• Deep familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and systems (e.g., Salesforce and other CRM platforms)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and execute on tight deadlines
• Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise software commercial models
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience launching new pricing or packaging models in global B2B SaaS environments
• Familiarity with licensing models and SKU management in complex software portfolios
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management tools
• AI-driven enterprise scenario planning and analysis platform.
