Director of Practice Analytics

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a Director of Practice Analytics to lead analytics for our national healthcare staffing organization. In this hybrid role, you will build and oversee dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that optimize clinician placement, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Partner with leadership, recruiting, and sales teams to translate complex data from EHR, VMS, and internal platforms into clear insights and performance KPIs.

Lead an analytics team, drive data governance, and present findings to executives to support strategic growth and improved patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of analytics, dashboards, and reports for healthcare staffing operations
• Develop KPIs and forecasting models to optimize clinician placement and client satisfaction
• Translate complex healthcare and staffing data into clear, actionable insights for leaders
• Partner with recruiting, sales, and operations to support strategic and tactical decisions
• Manage and mentor an analytics team, setting priorities and ensuring quality output
• Establish and enforce data governance, data quality, and reporting standards
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate tools, data sources, and methods to improve analytics capabilities
