- Lead organic search strategies that improve client business growth
- Develop data-driven SEO strategies tailored to client goals
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve site architecture, crawlability, and performance issues
- Increase onsite content in alignment with SEO best practices, user intent, and organic search trends
- Design and implement white-hat link-building strategies
- Use SEO research, competitor analysis, and market trends to refine strategies
- Provide performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations
- Participate in internal and client-facing meetings as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with Social, Content, Paid Media, Display, Creative, Development, and UX teams
- Work with Client Services and Project Management to keep projects on budget and within agreed timelines
- Report to the SEO Director
- 3+ years of experience with website architecture, indexing, crawling, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site performance optimizations
- Proficiency in Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Buzz Sumo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and/or Google Tag Manager
- Ability to conduct keyword research, increase content for search engines, and align strategies with user behavior
- Experience analyzing SEO data, drawing insights, and making recommendations
- Experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations
- Experience troubleshooting SEO challenges and adapting to changes in search algorithms
- Resume in English
- Skills, expertise, and behavioural attributes emphasized over traditional degrees
Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing data-driven SEO strategies, conducting technical audits, and optimizing website performance. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client growth through effective organic search initiatives.
