What You'll OwnYou’ll have end-to-end ownership of Real Self’s provider growth product area, including:
- Provider tools and monetization surfaces — profiles, leads, and reputation.
- How consumers discover and connect with the right provider for them.
- Advertising and booking product decisions where they intersect with provider growth.
You won’t do this alone — but you’ll be accountable for provider growth strategy, prioritization, and outcomes within your area.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the roadmap for provider growth, in partnership with the VP of Product, Head of Sales, Data Analytics Lead, and Head of Engineering.
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements, specs, and execution plans.
- Own roadmap prioritization across provider and provider-facing consumer initiatives.
- Partner with our UX agency to ensure designs meet real user needs and business goals.
- Use data, experimentation, and research to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ship continuously — A/B tests, features, and platform improvements.
- Shape how AI, search, personalization, and recommendations show up in provider discovery and matching.
- Bring product discipline to your area without slowing momentum.
- Partner with Sales on go-to-market for new provider-facing capabilities.
You won’t own growth alone, but you’ll build the product foundation that enables it. You’ll be most accountable for driving:
- Provider revenue driven by leads and bookings.
- Conversion from consumer discovery to qualified provider leads.
- Provider tool adoption and satisfaction.
- Providers see Real Self as a meaningful, growing revenue channel.
- Provider tools feel intuitive and drive measurable lead and booking growth.
- Consumers reliably find and connect with the right provider for their needs.
- Your roadmap is clear, focused, and grounded in data.
- 16 engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack), Dev Ops, and data engineers.
- Dedicated data analysts and external data governance support.
- UX design via a capable agency.
- Reports to the VP of Product; partners closely with Sales, UX, Analytics and Engineering leadership.
- No TPM, no dedicated researcher, this role is scrappy and may need to wear multiple hats.
- High autonomy, fast iteration, curious, strong opinions backed by data.
- 4+ years of product management experience on complex products.
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces.
- Comfort operating across consumer and B2B (provider-facing) use cases.
- Experience building or evolving trust-heavy products.
- Strong instincts around search, recommendations, personalization, or AI-powered experiences.
- Comfort operating as a lead or solo PM in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — especially when pushing back…
