Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a 2-year degree, which is highly preferred but not mandatory if you possess significant experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Effective acquisition, installation, maintenance, and use of desktop technology.
• Purchasing and installing hardware/software as needed.
• Bridging technology and business needs.
• Resolving issues with new and existing equipment.
• Training end users on software applications (if applicable).
• Managing end user requests and projects.
• Coordinating resources to resolve technical problems.
• Learning and applying basic knowledge in specific skill areas.
• Applying limited technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Developing solutions to routine technical problems within a limited scope, with close supervision.
• Following detailed instructions and contributing to small projects or phases of larger projects.
• Ensuring results are achieved without serious impact on schedules and programs.
• Interacting primarily with supervisors, project leaders, and professionals within the team.
• Possibly engaging with external customers periodically.

• Experience in configuring and imaging devices locally and over networks.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, repair, and replacement.
