The Role

We areseekinga highly skilled Senior Analyst, LATAMPayrollto support and execute payroll operations across Latin America. This role requires deepexpertisein regional payroll processes, with a strong emphasis on statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM,Activ Pay, and ADP Celergo, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You'llbe the subject matter expert for LATAM payroll. We have presence in:
Chile, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, and Panama, ensuring accuracy, compliance, andtimelyreporting across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines hands-on Mexico, Chile, and Central America payrollexpertisewith a strong understanding of global payroll complexities.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LATAM payroll across Chile, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, and Panama, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each jurisdiction.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across all five countries in partnership with local payroll providers, including statutory filings:
    Mexico's IMSS,Infonavit, and ISR withholding;
    Chile's AFP pension contributions and Fonasa/Isaprehealth coverage;
    Panama's Caja de Seguro Social (CSS) and ISR;
    Honduras' IHSS and RAP contributions; and El Salvador's ISSS and AFP contributions.
  • Oversee compliance with country-specific requirements such as severance andfiniquitocalculations in Chile, statutory bonus structures across all five countries, paid leave entitlements, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements.
  • Coordinate within-country and third-party payroll vendors across the region; act as primary point of contact and manage vendor performance against SLAs,validate outputs, and resolve escalations.
  • Partner with local HR, Finance, and legal stakeholders to stay current on legislative changesimpactingpayroll, including annual tax table updates, minimum wage adjustments, and social security rate changes across LATAMjurisdictions.
  • Reconcile payroll results,validategeneral ledger (GL) files, and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders — including monthlycloseand accruals for all LATAM entities.
  • Ensure complete andaccurateintegration of payroll inputs and outputs between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party payroll platforms (Activ Pay, ADP Celergo).
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation for all LATAM payroll activities, including maintenance of audit trails aligned to local record-retention requirements.
  • Support payroll system implementations, enhancements, and process improvements across the region.
  • Support all statutory filings, year-end reporting, and compliance requirements in each jurisdiction.
  • Provide high-quality support to employees and internal stakeholders on payroll matters across LATAM.
What You're Looking For
  • 5+ years of LATAM payroll experience, including full ownership of end-to-end processing and statutory filings across multiple countries.
  • Hands-on experience running payroll via Oracle Fusion HCM (required).
  • Experience with
