RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support to resolve customer information technology requests and issues.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of customer cases.
Log requests and issues accurately and perform defined procedures to achieve resolution.
Monitor systems and trends to proactively prevent incidents, problems, and errors.
Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments.

This role is onsite at our New York City office.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the following skills.
Master proficiency in Customer Technical Support.
Expert proficiency in Customer Satisfaction.
High School Diploma/GED

Advanced Quality Assurance (QA).
Intermediate problem solving.
Intermediate communication skills.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
