You spend your days keeping things running smoothly across Windows 10, Mac, iOS, Office 365, and Zoom. When something breaks, you fix it. You also get hands‑on with Mobile Device Management, making sure devices are secure, organized, and working the way they should be. Working in-office means you are in the room where things happen.

You build relationships, you develop a reputation, and you grow faster because of it. At a firm of this caliber, that matters. You bring at least a few years of technical support experience in the financial industry, so you already understand the environment and the pace.
