Power BI Developer | w2

This position is strictly W2 — no C2C.

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Build complex data models using Power BI and DAX
• Develop optimized DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs
• Perform data transformation and ETL using Power Query
• Connect Power BI with SQL Server and other data sources
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
• Optimize Power BI reports, datasets, and data models for performance
• Implement Power BI security, including Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to deliver scalable BI solutions

• 5+ years of Power BI development experience
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query & Data Modeling
• Experience with Power BI Service, Work spaces, and deployment processes
• Experience building enterprise-level dashboards and reports
• Strong understanding of BI/Analytics and reporting best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
