Information Technology Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for workstations, printers, phones, and software, with a strong focus on Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace
• Install, configure, image, and maintain PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support and manage mobile devices via Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, policies, and troubleshooting
• Administer users, groups, and licenses through the Azure Portal and Office 365 Admin Center
• Utilize Power Shell scripting to automate administrative tasks, user management, and system maintenance
• Assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, login issues, and password resets
• Manage A/V tools and provide in-room and virtual meeting support for Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, access changes, and deactivation
• Work within a ticketing system to track, prioritize, and resolve support requests
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and customer service skills while supporting end users in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently, multitask effectively, and collaborate with team members as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow IT processes and best practices

• Strong experience supporting Windows environments and Office 365 at an enterprise level
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (iOS/Android)
• Working knowledge of the Azure Portal, including user and device administration
• Power Shell scripting experience for automation and administrative support
• Experience working with an IT ticketing system
