- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Use Excel, SQL, and/or business intelligence tools to analyze and visualize data.
- Support business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help track business performance.
- Perform data quality checks and investigate discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems
, or a related field. - 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, internships, or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
; familiarity with SQL is preferred. - Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other visualization tools is a plus.
- Excel:
Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data cleaning - SQL:
Basic querying, filtering, joins, and aggregations - Data visualization and dashboard development
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis
