Position Overview- Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
- Department: Business Unit
- Reports To: Head of Business Unit
- Travel: As needed, primarily within North America
- Target Start: ASAP
- Annual Package: RMB 900,000 – 1,800,000 (approximately $125,000 – $250,000 USD), based on the candidate's professional background and existing client/developer resource portfolio

The company is launching a 0-to-1 North American ecosystem expansion for its mature multimodal document API suite, targeting developers, cloud vendors, and ISVs. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own the entire North American partner ecosystem build-out, backed by full product and R&D resources from headquarters. The position reports directly to the Head of the Business Unit.
Responsibilities- Drive North American market channel development for the company's software products and deliver channel revenue targets
- Develop and maintain new channel partners and enterprise clients; set target KPIs and incentive policies for partner management
- Fuel developer growth for the company's API platform
- Build AI community partnerships and advance Developer Relations (Dev Rel) and ecosystem collaboration
- Strengthen the company's brand influence among North American developers and construct a comprehensive partner ecosystem
- Own ecosystem expansion with North American cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ISVs, and AI startups
- Lead developer acquisition and retention operations for the API platform
- Build Dev Rel community brand presence
- 5+ years of ecosystem and channel development experience with deep knowledge of AI Infrastructure, LLM, and API platforms
- Proven track record building developer ecosystems, with specific programs, communities, and metrics to show for it
- Fluent business English, with the ability to conduct all external communications in English independently
- Existing, ready-to-use connections with North American cloud vendors, AI startups, ISVs, and developer communities
- Hands-on experience in AI ecosystem construction or Dev Rel operations
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience with major cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI infrastructure companies, or OpenAI-related ecosystem teams
- Master's degree or above
- 0-to-1 North American market expansion experience for AI SaaS products
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English
- Proven cases of landing enterprise SaaS products into top cloud vendor or developer ecosystems in North America
- Currently active in the North American developer ecosystem with direct deal-making capabilities
- Publicly listed AI company with real institutional backing and stability
- Strong existing brand recognition: 180M+ monthly active users globally, giving instant credibility with developers
- Blue-ocean opportunity: the North American AI document processing market is wide open, with document parsing as a foundational tool for LLM pipelines
- Full end-to-end ownership of a 0-to-1 build — design the partnership policies, own the ecosystem strategy, set the playbook
