Our Client Services team in New York is currently hiring two associates.
The Client Services team provides primary-level problem resolution, technical application support, and account management to current and potential clients. In this role, you will lead client onboarding, troubleshoot operational issues, drive engagement on new initiatives, and optimize internal workflows to ensure our global client base receives maximum benefit from OSTTRA services.
Responsibilities and Impact:- Client Relationship & Account Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading account onboarding, managing ongoing relationships, and driving client engagement across core initiatives. (For the Senior Associate: Manage key client accounts and interface directly with senior stakeholders).
- Issue Resolution & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational, customer-related, and technical application issues across all asset classes and services (Core/TM/triCalc/IMEM), maintaining Salesforce queues to ensure prompt resolution. (For the Senior Associate: Troubleshoot complex, novel technical issues under pressure).
- Team Guidance & Quality Control: Conduct checks on Analyst work to ensure quality, answer process questions, and act as an internal escalation point. (For the Senior Associate: Serve as a dedicated technical resource and mentor for junior team members).
- Product & Process Optimization: Partner with CD&S and BLM teams on new initiatives, document firm enhancement requests, create product development tickets, and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Special Projects & Strategy: Analyze client service metrics to identify trends, validate functionality requirements with clients, and contribute to special projects, pilots, or global strategy alignments.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of front, middle, and back-office operations, trade life cycles, and where OSTTRA fits within the post-trade financial ecosystem.
- Product Expertise: Hands-on product experience with OTC and Exchange Traded derivatives and their respective markets. (For the Senior Associate: 5+ years of experience in financial technology services and/or banking; BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science preferred).
- Technical Skills (Preferred for Senior level): Familiarity with database tools, common transport protocols (MQ, Email, FTP, SFTP), and operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux)
- Communication & Problem Solving: Strong client-facing skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, interpret data, and work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.

Compensation/benefits information:The anticipated base salary range for these positions is $80,000 to $127,000 (Client Services Associate: $80,000 - $95,000 | Senior Client Service Associate: $95,000 - $127,000). Final base salary will be based on the individual’s geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
