Workday HCM Technology Leader

Overview:
Workday leadership role with significant visibility and opportunity to build a function from the ground up.

Compensation: $200-250k with flexibility for the right candidates

• Recently transitioned to Workday
• Candidates must have strong HR Systems experience, Workday preferred
• Highly manual processes currently that need to be consolidated
• Create a stakeholder-first HR technology and data strategy.
• Improve data quality, governance, and reporting processes.
• Establish scalable solutions that eliminate manual data extraction and manipulation.
• Simplify reporting by identifying and removing irrelevant data, ensuring stakeholders have access to meaningful insights.
• Partner closely with the business to build a high-performing HR technology capability.
• Strong experience with HR systems, reporting, analytics, and data management.
• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience building teams and functions from the ground up is highly desirable.
