The MissionWe are looking for an experienced, high-ownership Manager to serve as an embedded strategic delivery lead and trusted advisor to enterprise marketing leadership within premier luxury, beauty, retail, and CPG brands.
In this role, you will take ownership of high-stakes transformation work streams operating at the intersection of AI search innovation, brand discoverability, and day-to-day enterprise marketing operations. You will orchestrate Agentic AI solutions framing and deployment, task force initiatives evaluating how Large Language Models (LLMs) and conversational engines recommend prestige products, support internal Marketing teams and Customers, while simultaneously managing the rollout and adoption of generative AI workflows, agents, and automation tools across client brand teams.
You are an experienced engagement leader and practical problem solver, skilled at steering client relationships, structuring ambiguous technical programs, mentoring consultants, and presenting high-impact business cases to executive stakeholders.
What You Will DoEngagement Leadership & Strategic Advisory:Serve as the day-to-day Converteo engagement lead inside the client's marketing and digital organization, managing scope, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment from initial discovery through execution.
Agentic AI:Lead the deployment of Agentic Solutions and data foundations for Brand discoverability, Customer Engagement, Marketing operations and Customer Experience.
Enterprise Change Management & Capability Building:Oversee the development of comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and training programs that demystify emerging technology and drive measurable employee adoption across non-technical brand teams.
Analytical Synthesis & Executive Storytelling:Guide complex data analysis and scenario modeling, translating qualitative LLM outputs, share of voice shifts, and operational metrics into crisp, executive-ready presentations and steering committee decks.
Cross-Functional Workstream Governance:Drive program management across matrixed stakeholders spanning Brand Marketing, IT, Mar Tech, Legal, and external agency partners, proactively identifying risks and keeping deliverables on schedule.
Team Leadership & Practice Growth:Mentor and support junior consultants on delivery best practices, while actively contributing to Converteo's evolving AI consulting frameworks and North American expansion.
4 to 7 years
of professional experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or embedded marketing operations, with proven success supporting Fortune 500 consumer goods, luxury retail, or beauty brands.
Client & Delivery Management:Track record of leading client work streams, facilitating executive workshops, and acting as a trusted operational advisor in complex, matrixed environments.
Emerging AI & Search Literacy:Strong working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), conversational search dynamics, prompt engineering standards, and enterprise AI agent use cases.
Strategic Problem Solving & Autonomy:Ability to navigate unstructured, rapidly evolving technical mandates, structure delivery plans independently, and drive momentum without needing prescriptive guidance.
Technical and Quantitative Acumen:High proficiency in advanced data modeling, data synthesis, and enterprise collaboration platforms, with the ability to structure messy datasets into logical business insights.
Change Enablement Expertise:Practical experience designing wave rollouts, driving internal tooling adoption, and upskilling enterprise teams through digital and workflow transitions.
Exceptional Communication & Presence:Articulate verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the cultural fluency to bridge strategic consulting rigor with enterprise client dynamics.
