We've partnered with one of the fastest-scaling AI infrastructure companies in the world to find a Logistics & Asset Lead who can own inventory and asset management end to end inside a live, mission-critical data center.
This isn't a back-office warehouse role. Every GPU, switch, and optic that keeps these sites running passes through your hands - and getting it right is the difference between a hall going live on time or sitting idle. If you like ownership, pace, and building process from the ground up rather than babysitting someone else's, read on.
What you'll own:
- Full asset lifecycle - receipt to decommission: tagging, labeling, and clean data every time
- Receiving and shipping of high-value hardware - verifying counts, inspecting for damage, updating systems in real time
- Audits and physical counts to hold 99%+ accuracy, catching shortages before they bite
- Parts fulfilment for technicians and engineers, plus tight, well-run staging areas
- Vendor RMAs, warranty claims, and replacements
- Inventory reporting and metrics that actually drive improvement
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in warehouse ops, logistics, inventory, or supply chain - tech or manufacturing a big plus
- Comfortable in Excel/SQL and inventory/asset-tracking systems
- Organized, fast, and a strong communicator under pressure
- Data center hardware knowledge (servers, networking, storage) is a bonus, not a barrier
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar - or the experience to match
The environment is high-velocity, low-bureaucracy, extreme ownership. Long hours at high intensity, but you're building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and getting pre-IPO equity while you do it.
(If this job is in fact in your jurisdiction, then you may be using a Proxy or VPN to access this site, and to progress further, you should change your connectivity to another mobile device or PC).
