Our client is a well-known law firm looking to hire a Technical Trainer.
Responsibilities:- Own and continuously improve new-hire technology orientation across all offices
- Build and deliver training on core firm systems - desktop applications, financial platforms (time entry, billing, expense management), phone systems, and practice-group-specific tools
- Design full training programs end-to-end: assess needs, build curricula and materials (guides, manuals, videos, e-learning content), and evaluate what's working
- Partner with department and practice group leaders to identify gaps and build tailored learning solutions
- Work alongside IT to support and troubleshoot attorney/staff technology issues (Windows, Microsoft Office, document management, CRM), offering hands-on help in person or remotely as needed
- 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail
- Proven ability to assess training needs and design effective, responsive solutions, paired with genuine enthusiasm for driving change
