Role Overview :
DV Trading is looking for a tech-savvy individual who is interested in learning about IT operations . In this role , you’ll assist our team in delivering excellent support to end-users. This internship will provide opportunities to learn about IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance communication and problem
-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues
- Resolve basic technical problems or elevate them to senior staff as needed
- Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base
- Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking
- Provide friendly and professional support to end-users
Requirements:
- Expected to graduate by Summer 2028
- A keen interest in technology and IT systems
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), hardware, and software
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team
Compensation Range: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
