Broadridge is seeking high-potential students to join our Summer Internship Program, a ten-week experience beginning in June 2027, designed to provide you with experience in the Financial Technology (Fin Tech) sector.

• Enterprise Systems Management

Meaningful and challenging work assignments that deliver learning and skill development through practical work, mentorship, and training. Build digital literacy and strengthen your business and financial acumen. High-impact capstone project addressing real business challenges. Collaboration across teams to address complex challenges and explore how data, analytics, and emerging tools, including AI, drive innovation. Daily responsibilities will vary depending on your role and team assignment.

Broadridge interns are assigned to a specific business area or function and will have opportunities to collaborate across the organization.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related fields with a graduation date of Fall 2027 through Spring 2028.
• GPA of a 3.2 or higher.
• Foundational or practical knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, and C#
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
• Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology concepts.
• Interest in applying technology to solve business problems and improve processes, products, and client experiences.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, appropriate use contexts, and prompt based workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agile learner with a passion for learning about the Fin Tech industry.
• Must be available for the duration of the program:
  June – August 2027.

Final date to receive applications:
