Onsite IT Technician — Desktop Imaging & End-User Support

our client is currently seeking a level 1 technician to join their team onsite in new york, ny.

duties and responsibilities

• test and image desktops and laptops
• maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals
• set up, configure and add all hardware
• assist client internal is technicians with large imacs
• provide technical support to end-users via telephone and in person
• assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes
• manage (servicenow / clearvision) ticket queue constantly throughout the day
• assist coworkers in the resolution of end-users' technical issues

wage range

the rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
