Head of Growth | Early-Stage B2B AI Startup | NYC (On-Site)

A well-funded, early-stage AI company is looking for their first dedicated growth hire - someone who can own the full funnel and build the engine from the ground up.

You'll be the person who figures out what moves the needle, runs the experiments, builds the playbooks, and executes across channels. No large team to hand off to - you'll be hands-on.

The company sits at an interesting intersection of AI and B2B revenue growth - building infrastructure that marketing and growth teams are starting to pay real attention to.

• Paid acquisition (Google, Linked In, Meta) - strategy and hands-on execution
• SEO and content as a growth channel
• Lifecycle and email - building sequences that actually convert
• Product-led growth motions - working closely with the product team
• Analytics and attribution - you'll know your numbers

• 4–8 years in B2B SaaS or B2B tech growth roles
• You've built growth functions, not just contributed to them
• Comfortable running campaigns yourself and interpreting the data
• Experience with AI, developer tools, or emerging tech is a strong plus
• NYC-based - this role is on-site
