Digital & E-Commerce Intern; Digital Marketing Focus

Summary

Support the North America E-Commerce team with a focus on paid media performance and website analytics. Assist in campaign management, performance reporting, and maintaining the E-Commerce Activation Calendar to drive data-informed decisions for the US and Canadian sites. Collaborate with HQ, creative teams, and external agencies to help execute digital and e-commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the E-Commerce NA Activation Calendar and related trackers.
• Support briefing and execution of digital campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Google, and Pinterest.
• Create and manage e-commerce performance reports and internal E-Commerce Bulletins.
• Run ad hoc analyses of site and campaign performance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Monitor US, Canada, and global site updates and provide feedback to NA and HQ teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital media, user experience, and retail trends.
• Experience working with third-party digital marketing partners and campaign management.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Analytics or other site analytics platforms.
• Good knowledge of CRM, email, and client segmentation analysis, plus strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive project management skills and a collaborative, hands-on attitude.
