The platform is in the middle of a fundamental shift. AI and agentic systems are moving from experimental features to core infrastructure. You will build high quality products and tools relied upon by all internal engineering teams and customer-facing functions 'll be challenged both to develop new features in response to market demand and improve the performance and scalability of our applications to meet the growing user base.

• Architect and implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) and AI-driven infrastructure principles, ensuring robustness for modern machine learning workloads.
• Lead the modernization of CI/CD pipelines, transitioning from legacy systems to robust Git Ops approaches using Argo CD and Git Hub Actions.
• Implement advanced logging, monitoring, and observability solutions (e.g., Grafana) to support reliability and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Information Security (Info Sec) teams to drive the adoption of scalable, compliant (FedRAMP, DR) Dev Ops practices.
• Mentor and coach junior and off-shore engineering teams, fostering technical growth, leading daily stand-ups, and representing the Platform team in key architectural meetings.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS-based cloud systems, Infrastructure as Code, and modern CI/CD orchestration.
  Proven ability to design scalable architectures, influence technical direction, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

• 10+ years of AWS expertise in automating application build, test, and deployment life cycles.
• 7+ years of experience with container orchestration (Docker, EKS), including Helm and Git Ops paradigms.
• Deep technical experience with Data Pipelines, Iceberg, MSK, and MSK Connect.
• Proficiency in Hashicorp Vault, Git Hub Actions, and modern CI/CD modernization (Argo CD).
• Demonstrated success in architectural leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance-driven development (FedRAMP, DR).
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
