Technical Manager; IT

We are seeking an experienced hands on Technical Manager to lead our team through new, complex integration projects. The ideal candidate balances strong leadership skills with deep technical knowledge, acting as a collaborative bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders. You should be a hands-on leader who thrives in an Agile environment and is always open to learning new ideas.

• Team Leadership:
  Guide and mentor an engineering team to successfully navigate and deliver new software integration projects.
• Technical Communication:
  Translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable concepts for non-technical partners.
• Hands-on Support:
  Act as a “hands-on” leader who is willing to dive into the technical details alongside the team when needed.
• Process Oversight:
  Ensure smooth execution across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally 10+ years, with a strong technical background and management experience.

• Technical Background:
  Proven knowledge of coding, web architecture, C#, and Python.
• Project Management:
  Practical experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
