IT​/Tech Expert, IT Support

We are seeking an experienced  Expert for a short-term, high-impact engagement to finalize, optimize, and streamline an existing Studio tracker board. The ideal candidate will jump in quickly to audit our current setup, resolve technical bottlenecks, configure advanced workflows, and hand off a fully functional platform that requires only routine data entry from our team moving forward.

• Board Audit & Alignment:
  Review the existing  board structure and consult with key stakeholders to understand core operational goals.
• Configuration & Workflow Build:
  Build out and refine custom views, board structures, and backend workflows aligned with studio operations.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Fixes:
  Identify and resolve broken links, broken views, faulty automations, and integration issues.
• Optimization & Recommendations:
  Advise on platform best practices to maximize efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and improve user experience.
• Handoff Preparation:
  Ensure the final board state is clean, intuitive, and ready for seamless ongoing data input and management by the internal team.

• Proven expertise in advanced  configuration, custom dashboards, permissions, and complex automations.
• Strong experience building operational, studio, or project tracking workflows.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex board setups quickly.
• Ability to work independently, make authoritative recommendations, and hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
