• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement.
• Assess project eligibility for R&D tax incentives by evaluating technical activities, innovation, technological uncertainties, and advancements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the R&D tax credit claim process.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely updates in internal systems and databases.
• Participate in client meetings and technical interviews to gather, validate, and analyze project information.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve project outcomes, and maximize available incentives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions and ensure project success.
• Prepare clear, detailed, and technically sound reports documenting project activities, innovations, and eligibility assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or another related technical/STEM field.
• An interest in understanding innovative and technically complex projects across different industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical information and translate it into clear, structured written documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in working at the intersection of technology, business, and tax/financial consulting.
• Bilingual with fluency in Spanish (preferred)

The salary for this position can range from $90,000 – $100,000 USD annually; and may vary based on location, relevant experience, and industry expertise.
