Our client seeks a Project Management Specialist to support Disney+ Growth Marketing Paid Media operations across LATAM and APAC. The role focuses on process improvement, workflow management, project coordination, operational excellence, and automation initiatives that support regional paid media campaigns.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $42.00 to $45.00/hr. w2

• Support day-to-day paid media operations across LATAM and APAC teams.
• Build and maintain project management tools, trackers, and workflow systems.
• Develop intake processes and operational workflows.
• Create and manage Airtable-based tracking and reporting solutions.
• Build visual dashboards and management tools to track campaign progress across regions.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Develop scalable processes, SOPs, documentation, and QA procedures.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Support cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams to ensure campaigns remain on track.

• 2+ years of experience in Paid Media, Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on understanding of paid media campaign workflows and execution.
• Experience creating and improving operational processes and QA workflows.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with global teams and cross-regional collaboration.
• Paid Media or Digital Marketing experience, with Paid Social preferred.
• Strong project management and operations background.
• Airtable expertise or similar tools such as , Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Experience with AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Process improvement, workflow design, and operational optimization experience.
• Preferred: LATAM and/or APAC market experience.
• Preferred: PMP Certification.
• Preferred:
  Spanish proficiency and additional language skills such as Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean.
• Preferred:
  Experience creating process automation solutions.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
